Do I need sequenced embryo data to use Reticular?
No. The Infertility + Pregnancy Loss Panel does not require embryo data. Embryo Inheritance and Complete Embryo Screening require compatible embryo sequencing data so Reticular can connect parental findings to embryos.
What is the difference between the panel and embryo inheritance?
The panel screens one or both partners for reproductive-risk genes. Embryo Inheritance includes the panel for both partners and uses compatible embryo data to show which screened variants embryos likely inherited.
What is low-pass whole genome sequencing?
Low-pass whole genome sequencing reads across the genome at lower depth. In this product, it supports parental data generation for embryo inheritance analysis and downloadable parental sequencing data.
What is 30x whole genome sequencing?
30x whole genome sequencing reads the genome at higher depth. Reticular uses it in Complete Embryo Screening to support the broadest disease, trait, and reproductive genetics report.
Can I download my data?
Yes. Embryo Inheritance includes downloadable parental sequencing data, and Complete Embryo Screening includes downloadable data files.
Are traits optional?
Yes. Traits such as height, eye color, and hair color are opt-in within Complete Embryo Screening.
What happens if my embryo data is incompatible?
Reticular will review your files before confirming eligibility. If embryo analysis is not compatible, the Infertility + Pregnancy Loss Panel may still be available for one or both partners.
