What is Reti?
Reti is an iOS app designed to help you track your IVF and fertility journey. It allows you to organize appointments, medications, lab results, and costs in one place. Reti also features AI-powered tools including voice input, PDF document parsing, and a chat assistant to help you understand your journey.
How do I create an account?
When you first open Reti, you'll be guided through a simple onboarding process. Tap 'Create account' on the welcome screen and follow the prompts to set up your profile. You can sign up using your email address.
Is my health data secure?
Yes. Your privacy is our top priority. All data is encrypted both in transit and at rest. We use industry-standard security practices to protect your sensitive health information. You can review our full privacy policy for more details on how we handle your data.
How do I upload documents?
In the AI screen, tap the PDF upload button to select clinic documents, lab results, or other PDFs from your device. Our AI will automatically extract relevant information like lab values, medications, and costs, and organize them in your journey timeline.
Can I use voice to add entries?
Yes! Reti supports voice input. Simply tap the microphone icon and speak naturally about your appointment, symptoms, or any updates. Our AI will transcribe and extract the relevant information to create structured entries.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can manage your subscription through the App Store. Go to Settings on your iPhone > tap your name > Subscriptions > select Reti > Cancel Subscription. You'll continue to have access until the end of your billing period.
How do I delete my account?
To delete your account and all associated data, please email us at support@reticular.ai with the subject line 'Account Deletion Request'. Include the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 30 days as required by applicable law.
The app isn't working correctly. What should I do?
First, try closing and reopening the app. If the issue persists, check that you have the latest version from the App Store. If you're still experiencing problems, please contact us at support@reticular.ai with a description of the issue and your device model.
